Methodology

Data is from the September 2024 Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) report titled "Unconnected Commerce: The Disconnect Between Brands and Consumers in Digital Video Shopping" in partnership with Alter Agents. Over 1,000 US consumers ages 18+ and 300 marketers were surveyed during June 28-July 21, 2024.
