Description

This survey question asked internet users in the US about methods they used to communicate with businesses. Answers included email, phone, website, social media, chatbots, video messaging and more.

Methodology

Data is from the July 2019 Drift report titled "2019 State of Conversational Marketing." 1,085 US internet users ages 18+ were surveyed online by SurveyMonkey Audience during April 2019. The sample was balanced by age and gender according to the US Census. SurveyMonkey Audience is a research panel and is representative of the adult online population. Drift is a marketing and sales platform.
