Methodology

Data is from the March 2019 Hotwire report titled "High-Stakes Leadership in a Post-B2B World" conducted by Sapio Research. 658 CMOs and senior communications executives, 688 general business decision-makers, and 6,218 internet users worldwide ages 18+ were surveyed online during December 2018-January 2019. All business professionals surveyed were from B2B and B2C companies. Business professionals were from Australia, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Spain, UK and US.
